Did Navy SEALs Loyal to President Trump Arrest Hillary Clinton?

A widely shared article from Real Raw News, which describes itself as an “independent publisher dedicated to exposing political and scientific corruption,” claims that Navy SEALs have pledged loyalty to Donald Trump and arrested Hillary Clinton on March 4.

The article reads as follows: “US Navy SEALS loyal to Donald Trump raided Hillary Clinton’s Chappaqua, NY estate and arrested her on charges of treason, destruction of government property, and aiding and abetting the enemy, Real Raw News has learned.” The article also claims that “Trump will soon send her to Guantanamo Bay to face a military tribunal for her crimes against America and its people.”

The story closed by saying that the Marine Corps and the Navy will support Trump: “GITMO, our source said in closing, is run by the Marine Corps. and the US Navy, both of which have forsaken Joe Biden and instead pledged to help Donald Trump vanquish the forces of darkness that have enshrouded the nation in corruption for decades.

Clinton has not been arrested by the Navy SEALs and Trump does not have control over the military.

The Real Raw News article does not cite any evidence for these claims and relies on an unnamed source, referred to as “a source in Trump’s orbit.” The article’s “evidence” includes “thousands of never-before-seen emails, which Clinton acid washed prior to the 2016 presidential election,” but again, there is no proof of this.

What’s more, Clinton was active on Twitter on March 4 and participated in a virtual event on March 8, in honor of International Women’s Day. Clinton promoted the event on Twitter on March 5, which again is proof that she has certainly not been arrested.

Lastly, President Joe Biden, not Trump, is the commander in chief of the military of the United States. Trump was stripped off all presidential power on January 20 at noon. According to the 20th amendment: “The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January.”

When Biden took office, he became commander in chief, as per the Constitution, which states that: “The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States…”
