    This is an off-topic request. Today is the Monday March 2 before super Tuesday primary vote in my state California. Two candidates have just stepped down from the ballot. Early votes have been mailed in for weeks now. Could you explain/discuss how the push for early voting and the changing roster on the ballot may affect trust in the system and how will Democratic Party handle delegates count for those that are no longer on the ticket. You both have informative and fun take on all this crazy circus of election process. So how will the Dems play the numbers game now?

    David, your "three most likely outcomes" at the end of the podcast leaves out what I think *the* most likely outcome--a 5-4 opinion holding that there is no third-party standing for abortion providers. What could be more Roberts, C.J. than resolving this case on narrow jurisdictional grounds? That ruling would also have the added benefit of providing a huge win to the pro-life movement. For example, what woman would come forward to challenge Indiana's prohibition on abortions because of the race of the child? She may exist, but it makes recruiting a plaintiff much harder.

    Anyway, great job with the podcast. You and Sarah are not only great, you are great foils of each other. The podcast advances the Dispatches general goal by providing proof that conservatives--even when they are both Harvard-trained lawyers--are not one-size-fits-all. Thanks for all you do.
