In a viral Facebook post, right-wing comedian Terrence K. Williams claimed that Twitter “removed” a post of his “that said ‘VOTE IN PERSON’ and ‘Don't let the Democrats steal the election.’”

The tweet has not been removed, though Twitter did append a warning label. The tweet features a video of Williams stating: “Do not vote by mail. These Democrats are trying to steal the election from the American people. They are allowing Pennsylvania to count votes after the election. They are allowing North Carolina to count votes after the election, days after the election. Do not vote by mail.”

Twitter’s warning reads: “Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.” Twitter’s warning does not specify which part of the tweet might be misleading or disputed, though there is a link at the bottom inviting users to “Learn how voting by mail is safe and secure.”

Williams’ Facebook post claiming Twitter removed his tweet is false.
