Ingredients:

1 cup unsifted flour

2 cups stone-ground flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. salt

1 ½ cups buttermilk

1 tbsp. melted butter

Instructions
Sift regular flour, salt, baking powder & soda, and sugar (twice). Add stone-ground flour, mix with a spoon. Add melted butter & buttermilk. Mix well. Place on floured board & knead it into a ball. Place on an 8 inch greased pie tin and flatten. With a floured knife cut deep “X” in the top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 50 min.

Pour yourself a pint and enjoy.
