    There is not a current issue that requires a stronger moral position than the War in Ukraine. We will deeply regret not arming the Ukraininans adequately for this fight, though that may be more complicated than it seem, as this discussion revealed.

    To my awareness, Putin’s behavior is beyond any charges of war crimes that foreign or domestic critics have levied against US forces. Russian forces bomb a train station or a shopping mall and we barely blink. That's just what we expect them to do now.

    Thank you for the Dispatch. I wonder about and would like recommendations for legal newbies like me that explain the theories of originalism and textualism in Constitutional interpretation.

    Something I’ve hoped David would tackle is just war theory and Ukraine. This is a good guest to ask, and I would like his further thoughts on those who want to call or make this a proxy war. I think this is reckless and not what we’re actually doing, though SecDef Austin and Biden have said some dubious things suggesting this.
    Regarding NATO’s perseverance and Russia’s continued patience with our aid, which causes the occasional sabre-rattling when they decide it’s intolerable, when does our aid become a true casus belli in your view? I think this is a nebulous concept and somewhat in the eye of the beholder, but what is your view, please, from a legal and/or ethical standpoint?

    Why isn't the idea/philosophy/politics of "Christian Nationalism" considered Anti-Semetic?

      Why would it be? That’s hardly a necessary feature. The concept is fraught enough and only makes sense to me in a very homogeneous country. It is pretty pointless therefore.

            Both. There is Anti-Semitism of course and growing additionally by this Christian Nationalism.

            What else is Christian Nationalism but exclusive prejudice against non Christians?
