    As a Wisconsin resident, I'm not so sure the WI results are meaningless. To borrow David's term for the Wisconsin Republicans, Seal Team 6 should get thier pins taken away for the act of friendly fire making Wisconsin residents go to the polls. If WI matters in the November election, that out of touch decision (which backfired) is going to leave a bad taste in the mouth of many voters.

      I should also note, based on my super-casual perusal of a few members' public profiles, it appears this thing may have gone viral in current law school classes -- a fair number seemed to be current law students.

    Good stuff. Things are moving so quickly. Might you consider that trump played the media with his “I am in control” rant just before “opening” with a list of things governors must do? I don’t ask this approvingly, just analytically. And now, might y’all analyze the pros and cons of what Fauci and Birx proposed for the phased, fact-driven, regional, “opening”? Is this outrageous? This is separate from the question of whether Trump has said outrageous things, which he has. As democratic governors open, in phases, it will look silly that some said we couldn’t even contemplate any opening until the virus is dead. Trump (whom I voted against and think is unfit) has people ranting so much that even when his team says plausible things the chorus must shout “no”. Not good for those of us who want him retired.
