    I have a question should they discuss Ukraine: Is there really any optimism that all these economic sanctions are truly taking hold and punishing the Kremlin? It seems that they are still functioning adequately given the oil revenue received from India, China, and others not part of the sanctioning countries that need their oil.. I have some doubts as to any long term damage. But I could be completely wrong about my assessment.

    To be honest, I’m really tired of the hysteria on both sides. I listened to Commentary podcast yesterday, and I thought they did a good job of discussing Roe in a way that would be helpful for a lot of people. I’m sure you will do the same.

    What I find most upsetting is the “Trigger” laws. Great way to get people even more worked up.

    Can you comment in the discussion about the claim Gorsuch misrepresented the facts of the Kennedy v. Bremerton coach prayer case as argued in the Sotomayor dissent and in articles like this on Vox?

    Question for the lawyers. How is it that SCOTUS can reach a opinion that goes beyond the scope of the case? Dodd & Citizens United come to mind, although I’m sure I could think of more.

    Getting this in the comments before I forget: will the Ukrainian military be able to regain it's territory and restore it's borders without getting troops on the ground from it's allies?

    I’d like them to discuss this Democrat argument that overturning Roe/Casey is illegitimate because the current court is illegitimate. Is it not the case that the open Supreme Court seat was on the ballot in 2016? If voters wanted to punish Republicans for not allowing Obama to fill the seat (or wanted it filled with a liberal justice) they could have elected Hillary Clinton and a Democratic Congress. They didn’t. In 2018 voters could have made sure the Senate was in Democratic control so if a seat opened up Democrats could do what Republicans did in 2016 and not hold a confirmation vote. They didn’t. So how exactly is the current court illegitimate?

      The question in this general area that would interest me would be a historical one. How does the current outpouring of anti-Supreme Court sentiment compare to past episodes? In intensity...in who's doing it...and in the degree to which the criticism goes beyond disapproving of specific decisions, to questioning/undermining/rejecting the legitimacy of the Court as an institution generally?

      (I don't have a very good feel for the big picture there myself, and know better than to let my priors lead me in making even informed guesses.)
