Does a Viral Photo Show Jeffrey Epstein with President Biden?
The image has been photoshopped.
A popular Facebook post claims to show a picture of President Joe Biden with Jeffrey Epstein with the caption, “Okay, Facebook wants to play fact checkers with me then. Let’s play …. ♟”
Challenge accepted.
The picture is photoshopped, and the image of Epstein and the image of Biden it was combined with can be found here and here respectively. The original picture of Epstein was taken at the 2005 premiere of the film Capote. The man Epstein is pictured with is Pepe Fanjul, a billionaire sugar baron.
The original image of Biden comes from a picture Biden took with Ezra Friedlander, CEO of the Friedlander Group. It’s not clear when the meeting occurred, but the Friedlander Group website identifies Biden as a senator.

Unfortunately this fact check has an unintended consequence. Because this is shown to be photoshopped it will then lend credence to the idea that other real photographs with Epstein and popular figures might also be photoshopped.
We’re in an epistemic death spiral.
These people are just upset because the one with their guy is real...https://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/manhattan/ny-jeffrey-epstein-ghislaine-maxwell-donald-trump-mar-a-lago-sdny-trial-20211201-ey5a6t55wfguvcdictkx2g6gra-story.html
