    Sarah asks the obvious question of Andrew and one I thought of the last time he was on a TD Live!

    And David has the obvious “but Peter Meijer” response to Sarah’s “Republicans say it would be fine if Cheney didn’t only go after Trump and also punched Biden” point.

    At least if Cheney ran for Senate, candidacy would “keep her in the conversation” as Sarah suggests might otherwise be difficult.

    I just listened to the "morning after edition" and all I have to say is this:

    David, you let an entire conversation about the word "rue" (Sarah even said "You will rue the day!") go by and you did not mention Real Genius. Jonah would not have let this happen. (And I would be even more disappointed if he had.) Where was Gen X when we needed you, David?

    Steve: I enjoy your analysis, but I don't enjoy your audio. I can always hear the others, but your audio is almost always bad. It's even worse in my car due to road noise. Time for a podcast microphone?

    Sarah and David, I am not at all surprised that the GOP has burned its small dollar donors under Trump.
    Between my clinical days and my current job in healthcare revenue cycle, I worked in corporate cost accounting for a few years. One of those jobs was for a subcontractor on the Trump towers. Trump bankrupted them and several other smaller companies. The people who didn't understand that his repeatedly declaring bankruptcy meant that his subcontractors weren't getting paid and were put out of business are the people who let him take over the GOP.
    They got what they asked for, even if they didn't know they were asking for it. It was plain to see that he was only ever out for himself, if you bothered to look.
