    Sarah, this is America! Our founding fathers fought a war against an unjust sugar tax so that the little children of this country could go out and get big bags of Halloween candy and full-sized candy bars and bring them home and eat as much candy as they possibly could until they threw up.

    Interesting, I did not know the term "you know what time it is " had been co-oped by the right.
    "you what time it is","What time is it", "you don't know what time it is" is also common terminology in hip hop culture and music dating back to the early 80's if not early.

    I’d love for y’all to let us know when you won’t have an episode on your usual schedule. I looked for Advisory Opinion multiple times yesterday. Perhaps, The Morning Dispatch could tell us that there won’t be an episode today but that you’ll be back on Thursday. Sure would help us anxious listeners.

    I can't believe how wrong Sarah is about York peppermint patties, but then how David had to ruin his moral high ground on the matter by saying "Reesy cups." I get mispronouncing words that you read but never hear. But they have commercials on TV! There may be no wrong way to EAT a Reese's, but there's DEFINITELY a wrong way to pronounce them.

    It seems all the uproar can be solved more easily: have an official website for the government role/function to which the Facebook member posts notices and information of community value, and separately have a private Facebook account for personal information sharing. Why does this have to be such a snafu to so many?

    Taking a case to the Supreme Court over blocking someone on social media is just sovereign citizen-level stuff. Does that flag have frills on it?

    This is why I can't be a judge, because this would just be docketed as "OSC re Atty Sanctions." But, sadly, since this is at SCOTUS I guess this is viewed as some credible position lol.

    I am an administrative hearings examiner in NH. In some states, that would be an administrative judge. I used to be on Facebook. One time, I made a decision to allow a driver to regain his driver's license. He had lost his license 8 years before after being involved in a crash that killed two motorcyclists. The law limited my authority to extend the license suspension any further. Within days of making that decision, I had a direct message on Facebook from a family member of one of the deceased. Essentially, I was being called an idiot for allowing the driver to regain his driver's license. My response? I immediately shut down my Facebook account and have not gone back. That was about 7 years ago. I never posted about my work, but they searched my name and decided that social media was the way to contact me.
