    Now that Newsome passed this genital mutilation for children without parental consent, do you think that pretty much eliminates him from presidential contention?

    Since Ukraine got rid of their nukes based on the Budapest Memorandum, doesn't that obligate us to step in if Putin uses nukes? We told them we'd watch their backs if they got rid of them? (With Russia, who is already violating the deal). If not, what does that say about our deals with other countries?

      Related question: what is our level of certainty that Ukraine was completely denuclearized? That there's no Soviet nukes still squirreled away somewhere?

        I hope there is. But from what David said on Dispatch Live last night, even if they did have them, they wouldn't have the codes because they were controlled by Russia. But I don't think Putin would be so aggressive in threatening nukes if he knew they still had some (that they could control)?
