    Request dedicating a portion of an episode to explaining the mechanics of how cases/arguments are presented at SCOTUS. I guess we could watch CSPAN now, but I'd get more out of watching a court session of CSPAN having heard a tutorial.

    Perhaps you're both too young for Newhart (both shows) and All in the Family? But to get them, they had to be consumed within the cultural stew of their time.

    I am consistently amazed that I enjoy this show so much as a non lawyer but maybe I am a legal geek (apologies to geeks).
    The two of you are great bring smarts and geeky insights on both sides but then can get on opposite sides to make it super interesting (did I say super?)

    Keep it up I talk to everyone I get get to listen about the podcast and the topics.

    Thank you David French for setting that heathen Isgur straight on religious freedom :-)
    Also maybe more a half hour drama than a comedy but Wonder Years is a great show that holds up well. While the wife and daughter watch Little House on the Prairie I suggest that with your son. My 9-year old son just finished reading all the Prairie books so now the family is watching all the shows together.

    Idioms: "Avoid that like the plague" has taken on a whole new meaning for me.

    Ministerial Qualifications: Religious liberties aside, I have seen this most abused with regard to the tax advantage of the ministers housing allowance exclusion. Part-time children's ministers and Private School teachers who's "calling" and ordination is solely for the tax benefit. Some denominations require more work than others.
