Eric is also the co-author of the book “Inalienable: How Marginalized Kingdom Voices Can Help Save the American Church”.     Kudos to Pastor Eric and fellowship in South Tulsa for rubber meets the road effort.
    Pastor Curtis, not so much! That rant you had to get off your chest about Gov DeSantis' actions
    was unbecoming! It felt like so much virtue signaling, not something I've come to expect from you.
    You've previously stated a need to try to understand those you disagree with. It seems apparent to me
    that DeSantis saw this as a way to try and break the logjam that is our immigration policy. You seem to think
    the immigrants were harmed by his action but I have not seen any follow up reporting to document such. I have to assume they are in fact better off now having come to America, continuing to overcome hurdles in search of a better life, and God bless them! Looking forward to better days from you.     Really enjoy Good Faith pod and this episode specifically. I love what the pastor is doing. I do hope he can acknowledge that the absolute chaos at the border with illegal immigration hurts his cause…he couldn’t quite get there from the way I heard it.

    Part of my "honoring the Sabbath" is listening to Good Faith. This is one of the best of the Good Faith podcasts I've listened to. Thanks to all of you, especially Eric, for this ray of sunshine in a world too often dark with fear.
    I'd not thought about how much less "air time" and "screen time" pastors get compared to the media.
    I imagine that priests in the middle ages put up with local gossip , culture and myth in much the same way, but the concept of sanctuary was still alive and cherished by all the clergy in that era.
    Right now my Kansas suburb is in hot debate concerning rezoning and one of the points of contention are guest houses. Although there is a lot of support for Ukraine, I suspect that many of my Trump loving neighbors would be in arms against sheltering any asylum seekers from Latin America or Mexico .
