A viral video on Twitter shows Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden saying he has “one thing to say” before playing a song titled “F*** tha Police:”

The video was even shared twice by President Donald Trump. 

The video is, in fact, an edited clip from Biden’s Kissimmee, Florida, event, during which he played the song “Despacito,” a popular Spanish pop song, a move which prompted criticisms of pandering to Latino voters.

    I saw the original version first and it was pretty funny in cringey way. The new edition is just much better and hilarious. Biden seems more in rythym in the 2.0 version.

    I'm not saying Trump is a mastermind but I do think he will put out some false information so left leaning fact checkers will correct the record. And in fact checking they will expose their leftist audience to facts they otherwise would not see.

    I wonder how many on the left saw the original video before Trump tweeted the edited version? Now you can see the original embarrassing display all over the leftist networks. Of course if trump did something idiotic like the original clip the left would be playing it 24/7.

    Another example of this is when trump said something like 2 people were shot in Chicago during obamas speech. Then the fact checkers jumped on the land mine and say things like "Chicago police records show no one was fatally shot in the city on Jan. 10, the day of Obama’s speech. There were five shootings, but none occurred while Obama was speaking."

    Five shootings in one day huh? I mean to the extent you think it is important how many shootings there are in Chicago this fact check is suddenly sharing facts Trump thinks are important and they would not normally cover.

    This happens so often I do start to wonder if it is intentional.

      If you want to test this theory just search for "Biden Despacito" and you will likely see that it was mostly right wing press covering it originally, and most of the left wing press are only covering it after the edited video.

    "Despacito" is super trashy. I would say it's not the image Biden wants to convey ... but what do I know?

      Coming from the Woodstock / boomer age, I have no soapbox to stand on. At least it’s not our old heroin and LSD musicals, just saying.

      Besides, I don’t think he is looking to convey an image, I think he wants to capture voters. He might find more than a few there.

      There just isn’t much of a demographic for Lawrence Welk anymore.

        I'm sure you're correct about that. The song features detailed passages regarding intimate behavior. I suppose it might be considered romantic in the right context. This was not the right context.
