Good morning. It’s a busy week ahead on Capitol Hill. 

Are you a fan of congressional conference committees? If so, the 117th Congress hasn’t been particularly exciting for you—until now. 

Competition Conference Committee to Convene

This week is expected to bring the first meeting of the first conference committee this Congress, and the stakes are high. Members from both chambers will begin the arduous process of finding compromise between their two versions of a sweeping competitiveness bill.

The package is intended to bolster America’s competitiveness in the coming years as China seeks to overtake the United States on the global stage.

    Yes! Do this. I knew a good number of people who would have fit this category. Including one guy who went through the most insane process which included giving up his job (in the US) to finally immigrate officially and get married here. The current process is a joke and a nightmare.

    Glad that book is out. I hope it helps keep Americans’ attention on China’s genocide and hopefully sparks some changes in buying/viewing habits that in any way support the CCP regime.

    Granting priority status to the ethnic minorities of China will help these groups immeasurably of they cab apply from a third country. Let's hope the Senate can take the overall bill up very soon as there seems to be some real consensus there to pass it. Thank you for your excellent coverage always.
